I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sale of single family residences and income properties within Harford County including but not limited to Aberdeen, Abingdon, Bel Air, Fallston and Forest Hill.
I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current market conditions, as well as how to properly market your home. I am an expert at internet marketing as well as Google presence for your homes maximum exposure. My work ethic and unique skill set is a powerful array of attributes. I have been successful in sales for the past ten years. No matter what professional arena I am in, I always strive to be the best. I consider myself very proficient in addressing individuals based on their personality styles. Before that, I ran my own landscaping and light construction business. Owning my own business allows me to understand the value and importance of customer service.

I am a life long resident of the Baltimore area. I have four wonderful children and a beautiful wife. We currently live in the Abingdon / Bel Air area. The ages of our children are 18, 16, 14 and 10. I have a passion for billiards and golf. But most of all I have a passion for life and family. My life experience with my children has created many priceless building blocks for me to apply to my professional life. Teen aged girls are the most difficult negotiators in the world, especially when they put on the "Daddy PLEASEEEE!" faces. I find that dealing with teen aged girls is the most difficult area to strive in. If you have teen aged children you know that if you can “sell” them to your way of thinking, you could sell anything! I strive for excellence with every task I take on.
