Testimonials
If I were to make up a checklist for my perfect real estate agent Paul would get perfect checks across the board. Throughout my house hunting experience he was patient, and easy to reach. I probably called him 50 times and 48 times he answered right away. The other 2 times he called back within 5 minutes. Really. He didn’t push for a sale, looked out for my best interests, and made every effort to understand what type of house I wanted and what locations would work best for me. He was terrific at solving problems, easy going and very, very patient. I took a long time looking around and saw lots of properties before deciding.
Before putting a contract in on my house Paul ran comparables of others recently sold in the neighborhood to help me structure my offer. When I wanted average rents for the area (in case I wanted to rent the property out down the road) he provided them. When I needed advice on anything he provided it in a way that was informative and not sales pitchy.
As a result I feel like I found the perfect house for me. It has everything I was looking for in terms of its location, price, terms, number of bathrooms, house style, private back yard, sunroom and more. So, I found a great house at a great price with great terms in a great location. I couldn’t ask for more!
After the sale I was moving in and made a mistake with the water heater that resulted in blowing out the element. It was late on a Friday afternoon and not knowing any plumbers I called Paul and he arranged to have someone out to the house in an hour. The plumber fixed my water heater that afternoon. Wow.
I’ve purchased 4 houses in my life, and known lots of agents (I worked as a real estate agent in my younger days), and I would definitely rate Paul as the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommended!

Paul Gillespie is not only my agent, he became our friend. He was so patient with us. At first, we were considering buying but wound up renting for a bit. He was very patient and caring. Paul is extremely knowlegable about the real estate market. He went over each home very carefully and presented the pros and cons of each. He did not try and talk us into a home. He would take us out to look all day if necessary. When we didn't see what we liked, he would feel our dissapointment. When I do find the right home, I will know because I will see it in Paul's face. Paul is a true professional and a strong asset to the industry.
